Registration Instructions

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION VIA PAYPAL SHOPPING CART - **please note that your credit card statement will reflect DANARUTHDES

2. CHECK BY MAIL - Print out registration form and mail along with check payable to DANA RUTH DESIGNS to our South Florida office:

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS:

Full Refund: Students must notify office, in writing via fax or e-mail, no later than 1 week before class start date. No refunds after class begins.

Absences should be discussed with individual instructors.

Tuition for all other cancellations can be put towards future classes, open studio time, tools, and supplies.

Tools may be returned within 10 days, in unused, original, re-saleable condition. Tool returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Supplies purchased for class are not refundable.

OTHER POLICIES:

We are glad to honor your personal check. However, there will be a $25 fee for any returned check.

Missed classes will be handled through (1) make-up open studio session at the end of the quarter. This time is only to make-up missed studio time and lessons will not be repeated.

If you would like to make up a missed project you may do so by scheduling a Private Lesson at $40 per hour.
